Is it safer to live in Iraq, than Chicago

Is it safer to live in Iraq, than Chicago?
Wherever you live on planet Earth, more than likely, you've heard about the unspeakable violence that is plaguing the citizens of The Windy City. Several days ago, I heard a tv journalist in Chicago pose this question: Is it safer to live in Iraq, than Chicago? WOW! OMG!!! When I heard that statement, I was literally paralyzed by that question! "Then I thought to myself: This question is extremely thought provoking & in some ways VALID." Tell me your thoughts.

Sounds like a Fox News sound bite to me. Don't fall for the medias BS.

Um, in Chicago, I would not have to worry about IEDs, car bombers, mortars attacks, 90% chance of being kidnapped, being shot at all the time, sand storms, suicide bombers the list goes on.

Chi-Town, The Windy City, 2nd City, The City That Works, The City With Big Shoulders & Now: The Crime-Ridden City! The violence in Chicago is alarming & despicable, to say the least. Not only in Chicago, but MOST major cities in America are witnessing an ONSLAUGHT of violence! Everyday we are being BOMBARDED with the overwhelming news of children being gunned-down on the streets in this country, alone! That being said, what can be done about this violence? What are the answers? More police presence, holding parents accountable for their children's actions, stricter gun laws, curfews for anyone under 21, mental health evaluations, MORE community outreach programs, etc. Those are just a few suggestion I have to CURB the violence in urban America.
