I'm an Iraqi,I cant make an account at eBay.com since Iraq is not available at the list of countries during registration!! so why is that!! any help?

Iraq's 'Supreme Leader' and his lower government officials are censoring/blocking your access to Western 'infidel' websites. They don't want their subjects to know of the comforts that Westerners can and do enjoy. China blocks their 'citizens' access to Western sites for the same reason. Many other countries do as well - mainly Islamic or Communist countries. All they want you to see is state-run or state-approved media.
