In India you are safe, with a functioning national government and democratic rights. Iraq is still governed more or less by martial law, and is an unsafe environment for civilized life. 6 : India, of course. The country has it's problems, but it's beautiful and there is so much history to see. Obviously India, Iraq is in the middle of a war. Who wants to dodge bullets. 7 : *Turns on tv* War in Iraq. Wow. What a hard decision. 8 : very hard choice, if i HAD to, it would be india, at least theres no taliban wombles there.... 9 : if it was mandatory? ( as I would prefer neither) India has more to offer and is a more tolerant and open minded society. embracing freedom of mind and spirit without threatening death by not complying with an unreasonable regime. 10 : india 11 : If I had to choose probably India.. but I wouldn't ever move to India!
