So, you're from China, France, India, Iraq..... Anyway, the troops are leaving all the time, as Obama promised. 65 000 left(only 1/3 of what it used to be during Bush), 15 000 will come home during this month. The last 50 000 will stay to train, equip and advise Iraqi soldiers and they'll come back during next year. As Obama promised.
