I live in Iowa and I have a friend who's in Iraq and I would like to know who much postage I will need?

If they have a military address (APO AE, etc.) it's just normal postage.

The same as it would cost to sent it to someone a block away.

Did you say "Who" much postage? May I suggest going to the post office and there they will give you a price.

A letter going to a soldier would have an APO address. One ounce letter is 44c, same as domestic postage. If it's being sent to an Iraqi or a US civilian living in Iraq, a one ounce letter is 98c.

If its more than an ounce always take it to the post office and have them weigh it.
