Can you please logically explain your assertion with examples? I do not feel this same level of control that you do.. but then again, I do not know what it feels like to live in Iraq..

This is exactly what has happened to our country, as the politicians are leaning more and more to a totalitarian form of government. A typical view of the liberal establishment where they believe they know what's best for us poor peasants. We are supposed to have a representative form of government, where we make our desires known to the elected congressmen and women, and they in turn are supposed to act and vote accordingly on the issues that affect us, but no, they vote to satisfy the party heads and to hell with us. We need a thorough house cleaning next election, and let these bums find another way to make a living.
