I have a Iraqi friend who is really wanting to leave Iraq and find a better life in America. I'm just trying to find out what steps he needs to take in order to legally move to America.

There are so many different ways but if he is single he can try find some citizen girl over here in America. She could be even and Iraqi girl who is an American citizen as well !!! He can also come here as a Refuge and to be honest I have no idea how they do that... Anyways good luck for him and I hope he could reach whatever he really wants.... Best wishes
