I am in Indian and my fiancee is from Iraq, could any one please suggest me what all process i should go through to get her here comfortably? I also wish her parents to come and settle down here with me. What all process I have to go through? Can some one advice me? Your advice is much appriciated.

If you are an Indian, shouldn't you know the process? We should ask you how to come to India not you. Being said that, get a visa for her and then stay in India for ever. After few years you can make passport and everything..

If you want to live in India why don't you go there and have her meet yo there? Probably much easier than bringing her here then moving there. I am all for people who do not want to live in America leaving the country.

Move to India. Have her move to India. Get married there. What would be the purpose of getting married in a country you don't want to live in?
