I see you have have 2 options. 1) you said you where born in France, why don't you claim your Citizenship through birth if thats possible, if it is you will be a French citizenship so automatically a E.U citizen which should help you getting into Australia 2) You said your a Doctor which is classed by Australian immigration as highly skilled trade, if you can prove your training and show 4+ years of work in your field you will be able to enter Australia on their skilled tradesman visa.
