hi, i am dying to use xbox live on xbox 360. and the bad thing is that i found out my xbox was modded. and i was wondering if i plug the internet cable to it will i get blocked right away? and i live in Iraq so if i can do it any way plz plz plz tell me guys and what will happen if my xbox 360 get blocked?

It depends how new or old the mod is. They make updates on xbox live to block certain mods. Ask customer service for a new xbox if it doesnt work if you still have a warranty. BTW you may want to ask this in the video game section for more help.

Certain mods get detected and others don't. If it has been modded to play burnt games, you will get the console banned. If it is something like a JTAG then no, it won't. But IF it's modded, and you don't get banned, I'll guess Microsoft will eventually get to banning it :(
